Holy Trinity Cathedral to host 44th annual Greek Festival
The annual New Orleans Greek Festival at Holy Trinity Cathedral’s festival will feature Greek cuisine, live music, cathedral tours, canoe rentals and more.
The weekend-long festival starts at 5 p.m. this Friday (May 26) at Holy Trinity Cathedral, located at 1200 Robert E. Lee Boulevard. The festival runs from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.
The event will also include amusements for kids in a playground area, races open for registration, and performances of traditional Greek dancing. Tickets are $8, with admission free for children ages 12 and younger.
The Greek Festival Run/Walk will be held for both a 1 mile and 5k race Friday evening. Race-day registration starts at the race site for 6:00 p.m. at Wisner Boulevard and Robert E. Lee Boulevard.
