Woman shot while in her carport on Odin Street
A woman pulled into her carport in Pontchartrain Park on Tuesday (May 30) at about 5:10 p.m.c when gunmen drove up behind her and fired, the New Orleans Police Department reported.
The victim, who police described as in her 50s, was shot while still in her car in the 4800 Odin Street. Medical responders brought her to a hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
